THE B IMPACT ASSESSMENT (BIA)
The BIA measures our company’s performance in five areas: governance, workers, community, environment and customers. A verified score of 80 or over qualifies for certification, which must be renewed every three years.

*Score Adjustment refers to questions within the B Impact Assessment that are not applicable to Nespresso. These points are redistributed across other questions to generate the Score Adjustment.
Whilst figures are as accurate as possible slight variances may exist due to the complex B Corp assessment scoring.
